Описание материала: Предлагаю Вам конспект урока по теме "Природа" для учеников 7 класса. Данный материал будет интересен учителям английского языка. Экологическое обучение и воспитание школьников являются важными задачами современной школы и основными формами экологической культуры, включающей в себя систему научных знаний, которые способствуют появлению ответственности за состояние окружающей среды, охрану природы и разумное использование природных богатств. Коммуникативные задания, упражнения, песня о защите окружающей среды помогут разнообразить Ваш английский урок. Использование карточек для беседы также помогут формировать и развивать коммуникативную компетенцию на уроке.
Тема: Природа
Цель: экологическое воспитание учащихся и развитие коммуникативной компетенции.
Задачи: научить учащихся выражать свою точку зрения, используя изученную лексику в речи; развивать навыки говорения, письма, чтения, аудирования; развивать память, мышление, внимание, уважительное отношение к мнению собеседника; воспитывать культуру общения, бережное отношение к окружающему миру.
Оборудование: учебник, раздаточный материал.

Pupil 1: I think that we should ban factories which pollute and waste water. We need clean water to survive.
Pupil 2: In my opinion, we should create special parks where animals could live safely and hunters couldn’t kill them.
Pupil 3: To my mind, we should improve public transport because cars cause air pollution.
Pupil 4: I agree with you. I believe that we can save our planet. Firstly, we should stop cutting down the trees. I think if people destroy a tree they must plant another. Secondly, it is necessary to use the energy of the sun and wind. We must solve ecological problems as soon as possible.
Speaking
Teacher: Divide into pairs and express your point of view about water pollution. One of you doesn’t think that water pollution is dangerous, another is getting worried about this environmental problem. Try to assure your opponent. The cards will help you with your conversation.

Suggested answer:
Pupil 1: Good morning. I’m a scientist. To tell the truth, scientists all over the world are getting worried about the problem of water shortages.
Pupil 2: Good morning. I’m a businessman, an owner of a chemical plant. Generally speaking, I don’t understand this ecological problem.
Pupil 1: As far as I know, chemical plants waste and pollute millions of litres of water every day.
Pupil 2: Don’t you know that our chemical plants produce a lot of necessary things for you?
Pupil 1: To my mind, factories must stop powering chemicals into lakes and rivers. On the one hand, a lot of fish and plants are dying. On the other hand, we all need clean water to survive. We are paying for this ecological problem with our
health.
Pupil 2: In fact, I don’t think that this problem is so dangerous but I’ll try to do something to reduce water pollution.
Pupil 1: Summing up the discussion I’d like to say that there are a lot of things we can do to save our disappearing clean water supplies of our planet. We must raise safety standards at all industrial facilities.
