Тема мероприятия: «The United Kingdom»
Цель:
создание условий для повышения интереса учащихся к изучению английского языка
Задачи:
Образовательная:
- обобщение и систематизация знаний по теме «Великобритания»;
- совершенствование навыков аудирования, чтения и говорения;
- совершенствование лексических навыков.
Развивающая:
- повышение уровня мотивации к изучению английского языка;
- развитие логического мышления;
- расширение лингвистического кругозора учащихся;
- развитие памяти, мышления, внимания.
Воспитательная:
- поддержание интереса к стране изучаемого языка, ее обычаям и традициям;
- формирование умения работать в команде;
- воспитание дружеского отношения между участниками команды.
Форма: викторина
Возраст: 6 класс
Оборудование:
- листы для выполнения заданий;
- раздаточный материал;
- сигнальные карточки для команд;
- ноутбук, проектор
Предварительная подготовка:
- подбор материала к внеклассному мероприятию;
- составление сценария и презентации;
- подготовка призов и грамот для награждения победителей и призеров.
Good afternoon, boys and girls. Today we have an unusual lesson. Do you like competitions? I do. Look at the blackboard. What can you see there? You are right, the map of the United Kingdom. What is the topic of our competition? What is the aim of our lesson? Yes, we revise what we’ve already learned about the UK. Do you remember it well? Now we’ll see who knows the country better and can do the puzzle quicker than other teams.
The first round has twelve questions. The team which wins the round gets three parts of the puzzle, other teams get one. Be careful. Don’t forget to show your signal card first if you know the answer. Are you ready to start?
